Construction of our facility is the result of the passage of a mileage tax passed by the citizens of Ward 9. Our complex was built so the citizen of Ward 9 would have a facility that all its citizens could enjoy. We are still a work in progress, but, we feel as if our complex is something all citizens of Ward 9 will be able to utilize and be proud of for many years to come.
